Colloidal Silver Myths
Is Colloidal Silver Toxic?
"You'll Turn Blue If You Consume Colloidal Silver!"
Ever heard that one before?
Let's separate fact from fiction because there's a lot of misinformation concerning this topic.
Professionally manufactured colloidal silver doesn’t turn you blue. And there's never been a reported case of this. Concoctions people make in their homes, however, can.
This happens for three reasons.
The first is people, in ignorance, make their own home-versions at a dangerously high 500 to 1,000 – or more – part-per-million. Colloidal silver, such as the one we produce, should be manufactured between 10-20 parts-per-million. This makes it safe for humans, animals and even plants!
The second is people erroneously consume silver nitrate. Silver nitrate and colloidal silver are two completely different compounds.
The last reason is because of fillers. Fillers are sometimes added to supplements to cheapen the cost of producing them. The problem, of course, is that fillers can be toxic. We don't believe in fillers. So, we don't add them to our products.
In conclusion, Colloidal Silver is not only safe to use – it doesn't turn you blue. And if you purchase our colloidal silver, you can rest assured we comply with all lab-safety standards during the manufacturing process.
